Kyle Koeppel on How She Deals with Her Lynch Syndrome

Kyle Koeppel was diagnosed with Lynch syndrome when she was 19, and since then she has been active in screening for cancer. She shares her techniques for managing lynch syndrome in this video.

One of the first things Kyle says she has done to make living with lynch syndrome easier is that she gets all of her screening done in a single week at the Mayo Clinic. “It just lifts an emotional burden that I used to feel most of all times a year,” she says. “It’s a much more manageable sense of sadness.”

She’s also worked hard to be open and honest about lynch syndrome, and actively blogs at MutantBlogger.com.
