Mark F. Kozloff, MD: I have been taking care of patients now for over 30 years but really has made a difference to me in the last several years is the information we can get that really tells us more about a person’s individualized cancer doing biomarkers, seeing where treatments can be helpful to some, not helpful to others where I can do a better way of giving a person a prognosis. I think this personalized medicine is just not a word, it is really something that we have to do now and in the future and it has really made a difference to me over the last several years comparing to what I did 30 years ago.

Mark Kozloff
Dr. Mark Kozloff is board certified in Internal Medicine. He earned his degree in medicine from the University of Michigan Medical School and completed his residency at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Kozloff works on a multidisciplinary team of experts in the Center for Gastrointestinal Oncology where he specializes in the treatment of colorectal malignancies.
